Description
Pokémon False Red Redux is a project that aims to improve the psychological horror ROM hack of the same name. Improvements include more high effort dialogue, shrunked down, barebones dungeons (after all, Red has done it all before you), and an entirely different postgame involving a certain mountain in Johto.
Story
In the world of Pokemon False Red Redux which you are about to enter, the previous hero’s been missing for years and JAPAN misses him a lot. You play as a new rookie trainer named FIRE, who lives in PALLET TOWN, in his former house and looks very similar to him and embark on a new adventure that has totally never been, done before.
His old rival, who still lives next door, wants to stop you from defiling his legacy. Paths that he went through’ll open to you by helping people in need, overcoming challenges, and solving mysteries. At times, others will try to stop you. You’ll also be occasionally attacked by wild creatures. Be brave and keep pushing on.
Through your adventure, we hope that you will interact with all sorts of people and achieve personal growth. Just kidding! You won’t grow just by blatantly ripping off other people’s actions and achievements.
