Story

The world is at its best right now. Technology and healthcare are better than ever, and humanity is achieving amazing things. But, like the story of Icarus, where flying too close to the sun had its price, we’re learning that everything comes with a cost.

Welcome to Dalmaria, a place where people live underground in chambers after a huge disaster wiped out life on the surface nearly 500 years ago. Everyone has to pitch in for the community, so when you turn 16, you get your first Pokemon and become a trainer to help out. Things seem fine until they find out they’re not alone.

This is the story of Damon, a 16-year-old guy living in Chamber Galar with his dad and sister. He’s about to get his first Pokemon, but he’s mostly focused on himself. Soon, he’ll realize there’s a lot more to life than he thought, which will change his perspective. But the question is: is he a genuinely good person, or just a hero with a cynical streak?
