- KANTO! The long awaited second region is here! Be prepared as the difficulty does not let up. Kanto has a heavy focus on gauntlets as a source of difficulty so get ready for that.
- Hard mode and Expert mode now have all the same trainers
- Expert mode got an entire overhaul of level caps and some changed/added encounters
- Gauntlets in Kanto work differently than in Johto. In Kanto, once you’re in a gauntlet, you cannot Fly or Escape Rope out, and you cannot access the PC Box Link.

- Blitzle line gets Step Master
- Luvdisc is a Water/Fairy type
- To bypass bugs, all Pokemon with Trace as an ability have had that changed to Forewarn

Update, when I go to Violet City, the guy outside the gym no longer gives the unlimited amount of nuggets to get lots of money like originally, and playing on normal mode I can’t set my mons levels to the level cap like in 2.5 or earlier.
Every time I click on the link to down load the game here I end up getting directed to https://www.mediafire.com/error.php?errno=320&origin=download and it says
“Something appears to be missing…The key you provided for file access was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on MediaFire. This occurs when the file is removed by the originating user or MediaFire.”
